Very satisfied. I did not have a local dentist and had a bad toothache. Got a referral to Cedar Spring. Called on a weekend evening and left a message. Was called back within 12 hours and set appointment for Monday. Was able to complete preliminary paperwork online from home. At appointment everyone was very nice and professional. Took an x-ray and quickly determined I needed a root canal which Dr. Richards was able to perform right away. I experienced no pain during the procedure. Set up an appointment for my first cleaning and went home with no pain. Just took an over-the-counter pain reliever after the anesthetic wore off. They did not give me a hard time about not having a dentist for so long. Shelby and Caroline are great. Definitely recommend Cedar Spring.

Cedar Spring Family Dentistry has a friendly and wonderful staff. They also do extra and are very patient. I have mobility issues so I come in a wheelchair and ride on the Sptbg Regional Transport. Even when the staff calls an hour before my appointment is finished the transport never comes on time. They are closing and here I am still waiting on a ride. I hate for any staff member to have to stay for me to get a ride when transport already had plenty of time to come. I could go outside and just wait for the ride but when your mobility is not good and you need a wheelchair and especially how things are in this world today I wouldn't feel safe. I just want to thank the staff, you all are the best!!

This was my first visit to this dental office, and they absolutely did not disappoint. I saw Dr. Richards for a cracked molar, and although I was pretty anxious about the procedure, he and his staff were incredibly patient and reassuring. They took the time to walk me through everything as they worked, which made a huge difference. I’m so grateful for the excellent care and the kindness I was shown throughout the visit. Safe to say that I’ve found my new dental office!

We had a great first visit experience today at Cedar Springs. Really appreciate being new patients of the Team! Everyone was welcoming, friendly & professional. Marina & Allison did a great job on our cleanings, and we enjoyed meeting Dr Oldham!

I am a big scaredy cat when it comes to dentists. I informed Cedar Springs before my first visit and Dr. Birch was very gentle with me. I left feeling very welcomed and heard. I have had 2 cavity’s filled on the last two visits and Dr. Birch was also very accommodating and gentle knowing how terrified I was. After today’s visit I told her that I’m glad to know since she is younger than me that I won’t have to find a new dentist because she will be around a lot longer and I do not want to look for another dentist because she took such great care of me and my apprehension! Thank you Dr. Birch!

I broke a tooth on Monday morning right before I was supposed to go out of town. The office happened to be closed so I left a voicemail not at all expecting a phone call back the same, but to my surprise I got a call back and was scheduled for Wednesday morning. I went in not expecting to have any procedure on the same day, but to my surprise they were ready and willing to not have me come back but to take care of me right away. I needed a crown and my anxiety was through the roof. Dr. Odum and the entire staff went above and beyond to ease my anxiety and get my tooth fixed. Having a lab right before n the office being able to make the crown while I waited was amazing. I don’t have dental insurance but they have their own internal plan that made the procedure much more affordable. I can’t give the entire office no stars and praise. Such a nice, clean, professional, and friendly office. Thank you so much Cesar Springs Family Dentist

it was a great experience I felt comfortable the dentist did a wonderful job with my teeth cleaning. I did not know you could floss so vigorously, but it felt good. I love my smile and I have been looking into some better dental care products and information since I left. Also I got seen in a timely matter even tho I was 30mins early and the music vibes were amazing. I am really grateful for professional like this who help take care of people and help improve their health. Thanks! I will SmileMaxxing all summer. 😁 also if I could I would hire a personal hygienist for a weekly cleaning.

Enjoyed my first visit with Cedar Springs family dentistry. Dr. Richards and Shelby was awesome. They both did a great job. I was pleasantly surprised that I could actually get a permanent crown on first visit not a temporary. Will be back.

Beautiful experience with Dr. Birch to discuss and game plan a dental issue! Strange to say, right! Especially when you consider I’m not a fan of dental procedures!! Even better, incidental findings during my visit can potentially save my life! So, I’ll be staying with Dr. Birch and her lovely team for as long as they will have me! 😬 …

Dr. Birch is the best! She took the time to communicate with me and discuss all of my concerns thoroughly. She made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire appointment. I was especially impressed by how gentle she was—I didn’t even feel the numbing shot. Her kindness, patience, and excellent care made this one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. I highly recommend Dr. Birch to anyone looking for a caring and professional dentist.
